At Lotus Smoke and Gift Shop, we work hard to get your order out quickly and safely.

Order Processing
Most orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of the order date (excluding weekends and holidays).

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer the following shipping options:

• General / Economy Shipping: 5–8 business days

• Express Shipping: 2–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or external factors beyond our control.

Shipping Carriers
We ship using USPS and UPS, depending on the shipping method selected and destination.

Knives/Blades cannot ship internationally and that certain products may be ineligible for shipping based on the State in which the customer resides.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
